Property Studio Beta Terms
These terms are a practical beta-use agreement for early testers of Arctex Property Studio. They are not a substitute for legal advice or the final commercial terms that may apply at public launch.
Beta service
Property Studio is in active beta development. Features may change, and interruptions or defects may occur. Beta feedback is encouraged through the in-app Support / Feedback tool.
Trial and price
New beta accounts receive a 14-day free trial. The current intended standard price for Property Studio Pro is R299 per month after the trial. Online billing is not yet connected, so continued beta access may be activated manually by Arctex. No payment card is required to start the beta trial.
Agent responsibility
The user remains responsible for having authority to market each property and for verifying all listing facts, addresses, prices, rates, levies, features, images, generated wording and portal information before publication. Property Studio is an assistance tool and does not replace the agent's professional review.
AI-generated content
AI-generated descriptions and marketing copy can contain mistakes. The user must review and correct generated content before using or publishing it.
Third-party portals
Property24, Private Property, PropData, PropCtrl and other third-party services have their own terms and requirements. Portal Assistant is intended to reduce duplicate typing for an authorised user. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the agent remains responsible for reviewing the portal form and performing the final submit/publish action.
Acceptable use
Do not use Property Studio to access or publish listings you are not authorised to handle, circumvent another service's access controls, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service or other users.
Data and privacy
Use of Property Studio is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Changes
Because this is a beta, Arctex may update features, limits, pricing for future periods or these beta terms. Material commercial changes should be communicated to active users before they take effect.
